Why Do We Ask For Your Credit Card Information?

At Paramount Pampering we are deeply grateful to serve many guests, some of whom wait several weeks to get an appointment. We may ask you to place a credit card on file to reserve your spot and protect the valuable time of our team. Upon the request of your credit card information, there will be a $25 deposit to reserve your spot, that will be charged the day you make your appointment and will be applied to the total amount due at the end of your service. 

48 Hour Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for all cancellations to be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance since the services are reserved for you personally. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours or there is a no show, a cancellation fee will apply and will result in forfeiture of your deposit. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded.

“No shows” or less than 48-hours notice may result in a charge of $25 for any color, lightening, or chemical service and $10 for any other service.

Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your scheduled appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

Hair Satisfaction

All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the stylist, not a change of mind after the service has been performed. In case of a disagreement, a re-do must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a complimentary service to address any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date. It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you as soon as possible for a corrective service.

Please keep in mind that using box color or going from dark to light tones may result in more than one service to reach your desired result.

Running Late

We understand life is crazy and things happen, however, if you are running more than 20 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
